## When to use this

Use this when a user wants to find properties for sale or rent in Serbia, narrow listings by location, price in EUR, area in square metres or recorded features, inspect a listing, or compare a shortlist with source links. Example: apartments for sale in Belgrade up to EUR 150,000 with at least 50 square metres. Resolve ambiguous locations with get_locations_autocomplete, call search_properties with the agreed filters, then get_property_by_slug for current details.
