For the nekretninenaprodaju.rs app, you can request deletion of your account and associated data without having the app installed.

What the request covers

We will review the account, saved searches and favorites, drafts, your listings and related photos. After verifying your identity, we will process deletion from our active systems.

How we handle the request

Submitting a request does not delete the account immediately. We will contact you to verify your identity and explain the outcome. Data needed for a specific legal obligation, payment, dispute or another person’s rights may be retained only to the necessary extent. Agency data and other people’s listings need separate review.

Do not email passwords, identity documents or sensitive files with your request. Your account email address is enough to start review.
