The operator controls personal data for accounts, portal operations and listing publication.

Delivering and securing the site requires IP addresses, request times and necessary technical request data, on the basis of a legitimate interest in reliable operation and preventing abuse. Email, account identifiers and authentication data support sign-in and requested account features. The authentication service manages passwords.

Titles, descriptions, prices, features, photos, locations and contacts are used to prepare and publish the listing you request. Business details, memberships and authorisations support agency access and necessary checks. Representatives’ and employees’ data require an appropriate basis; we do not assume each person is a contracting party.

Favourites and saved search criteria support requested features. Local choices may be merged into an account after accepting the terms. Search email alerts, where available, are a separate optional choice that can be withdrawn. They are neither a condition for an account nor permission for marketing.

When signing in through an external account, we use the identifier, email and basic profile details provided by that service. For AI search, an external text-processing provider receives your query; for translation, it receives the listing description and selected languages to provide your requested feature. Do not include unnecessary personal data. We record terms acceptance with the account, version, language and time, on the basis of a legitimate interest in evidencing the contractual relationship and protecting rights. This is not marketing consent.

Data comes from you, an authorised advertiser or the sign-in service you choose. Information about indirectly collected data and its source follows applicable legal rules and exceptions. An account needs an email and sign-in method; publication needs the fields marked as required. Without them the requested function is unavailable. Do not put personal identity numbers, identity documents, health or banking data in a listing.

Published descriptions, photos, features, locations and contacts are publicly accessible to visitors. Entered addresses and coordinates may be precise. Check the preview before publishing. Search engines and others may copy public content; withdrawal of all their copies cannot be guaranteed.

Calls and email from a listing go directly to the advertiser. The portal has no internal inbox for these conversations.

Data is received as needed by IT providers for hosting and storing data and photos, user sign-in, system email delivery, portal maintenance, maps and AI text processing. Database and photo storage use infrastructure in the European Economic Area; delivery and support, email and AI processing may also involve the United States and other countries where these providers operate. Transfers from Serbia are subject to Articles 64–69 of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act: adequate protection or other legally permitted conditions and appropriate safeguards. Ask the privacy contact about specific recipients, countries and safeguards applied, including how to obtain a copy. Accepting this policy does not replace a legal basis for transfer.

Authorised personnel of the operator access data for their assigned duties. Disclosure to authorities requires a legal basis.

Account data, favourites and saved searches are kept while serving the account or until deletion. Listings, drafts, photos and translations are kept while needed for publication and editing; inactive drafts are not automatically deleted. Withdrawing a listing is not a request to erase all data. Business advertiser identification is kept during advertising and for 30 days afterwards where required by the Serbian Advertising Act. Consumer complaints are kept for at least two years. Acceptance, authority and dispute evidence is limited to the relevant statutory period or protection of a specific right. Technical and email logs are kept while needed for delivery, troubleshooting and security. The external AI provider may keep queries and responses in security logs for up to 30 days, or longer when required by law or preventing harm; it does not use them for model training by default. Browser storage periods appear in the Cookie policy.

Withdrawing a listing and fully deleting data are different actions. Limited retention for a legal duty or a specific dispute does not authorise continued public display or marketing.

Under the conditions of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Legal duties or protection of a specific right may require limited retention of particular data.

Send your request to the privacy contact from your account address and explain what you require. Additional identity verification is requested only when necessary. We respond without delay and within 30 days; complex or numerous requests may extend the period by another 60 days, with notice and reasons within the first 30 days. Requests are generally free. A refusal, fee or retention of particular data must have a legal basis and explanation. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (https://www.poverenik.rs) and seek judicial protection without first exhausting our internal process.

Search and translations use automated text processing. Results may be inaccurate: check the original listing and facts with the advertiser. The portal makes no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on users. We notify you of material processing changes; a policy update is not fresh consent.
